My name is Charity, and I’m a lifelong resident of the Triad who truly understands what makes this area feel like home. I’m grounded by my faith in God, deeply value family, and believe that hard work matters most when it’s driven by passion. Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me enjoying long walks in nature, soaking in a beautiful mountain view, or at home with my shelter kitty, Isabella, who recently joined my family.
I’m a proud Wake Forest University graduate with a background in sociology and education, and I spent years working as a school teacher. Teaching sharpened my ability to listen closely, communicate clearly, stay organized, and advocate for others—skills that translate seamlessly into real estate. My sociology background allows me to understand people on a deeper level, helping me anticipate needs, navigate different personalities, and create smooth, stress-free experiences for my clients.
Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up helping my dad buy and sell homes, learning firsthand the importance of integrity, negotiation, and relationships in this business. Now that he has moved back home to Jamaica, I’m proud to continue the family legacy and keep that passion alive. I love matching people with their perfect home and guiding them through the process with care, honesty, and attention to detail. My goal is simple: to help individuals and families find a place where they can truly thrive—confidently and stress-free.
