Hi, I’m Jessica Kristin! I recently joined Terri Bias & Associates here in Clemmons, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin helping families and individuals find their perfect homes.
Originally from Vermont, I moved to North Carolina three years ago with my four wonderful children and our four fur babies. I quickly fell in love with the sense of community here, and I’m proud to now call Winston-Salem my home.
Before stepping into real estate, I earned my Master’s in Psychology and spent over a decade working in education and administration. That experience taught me how to truly listen, understand people’s needs, and guide them through important decisions with care and patience—skills that I now bring to every client I serve.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my kids, enjoying nature with our pets, or connecting with my community or curled up with the latest good mystery.
