I moved to the Winston Salem area in 2015 and have worked with Terri Bias and Associates since 2018. I first started as a part time assistant in 2018. When quarantine first began in 2020, I took the opportunity to get my real estate license. I then became a full time ISA and then eventually moved to transaction coordinator. I work closely with the systems Terri has in place to ensure a smooth buying/listing process for her clients. My job is to make the agent’s job easier by making sure the systems are working as they should. I also help coach both agents and clients on the best ways to use the cornucopia of resources Terri has available.
