Chad was born in Winston-Salem and graduated from West Forsyth High School. His wife, Kayla, was born and raised in King, just north of Winston-Salem. Although Chad has lived in larger metro areas like Seattle, WA and Nashville, TN, he always found his way back to his roots. Today, he lives in the Winston-Salem area with Kayla and their son, Daniel. His personal experience building a life and raising a family in the region gives him deep, heartfelt insight into the unique needs of families searching for their own perfect place to call home in the Triad.
