Hey y’all, I’m T’Keisha Chandler!
I’m a real estate agent with Terri Bias & Associates, proudly serving the Triad area here in North Carolina.
I was born and raised in Demopolis, Alabama, where my heart and family still are. My youngest son Colby, my mom, dad, sisters, and brother are all back home, and I love going home to visit them every chance I get. Alabama will always be my roots, but North Carolina has truly become my home.
My connection to North Carolina began when my oldest son attended Wake Forest University from 2014 to 2018. I spent so much time here during those years that I fell in love with the area, and in 2020, I decided to make the move for good.
I started working in property management back in 2008, and that’s really where my love for helping people started. Seeing someone get their first apartment or go from being homeless to having a place to call home truly touched my heart. That feeling stuck with me, and I knew helping others find homes was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
In 2024, I became a licensed real estate agent, and by September 2025, I joined Terri Bias & Associates. The moment I walked through those doors, I felt the warmth and support that told me I was right where I needed to be. The team here is incredible — everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely excited to see new agents grow.
I’m also a commercial property manager with Hilltide Capital in downtown Winston-Salem, leasing and managing office spaces. I love what I do, and I’m working toward becoming a full-time real estate agent soon.
I’m the proud mom of two amazing sons, Cortez (29) and Colby (27), and the happiest Heyma to my beautiful granddaughters, Ariah (8) and Kalahni (5). They are my heart! I’m so grateful to live close to my oldest son and my grandbabies — nothing makes me happier than spending time with them.
When I’m not working, I love heading back home to Alabama to visit my family, reading my Bible, joining in on Bible study, or just enjoying good conversation. I’m a great listener — I love hearing people’s stories. When it comes to helping clients find their dream home, it’s not about me — it’s all about you. I want to understand your journey, your goals, and help make your vision of home come to life.
I’ve never met a stranger — I’m full of joy the moment I meet someone! My kids get that from me, and my grandkids do too. I’m a naturally loving and bubbly person, and I want everyone I meet to feel that same warmth and happiness.
I’m so thankful for the opportunity to do what I love every day, and I’m excited about my future with Terri Bias & Associates. Helping others find their homes and reach their dreams is truly what makes my heart smile.
